Do you have a delivery service?
Yes, we have a regular delivery service to the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland and Gympie Region- Please contact us directly for pricing, as the delivery fees can vary depending on the size and weight of the order, the location, and the access to the delivery site. Please advise if there are any stairs (steps) to the access site as this may require an additional delivery person for larger items.
Please note all deliveries will need to be paid in full, prior to delivery.
Where are you located?
Our showroom is located in Cooroibah, Sunshine Coast QLD - we open by appointment.
Feel free to contact us 7 days a week to arrange a suitable time to pop by for a look and for the address.
Do you have more products than what's on the website?
Yes! The website showcases a lot of our products, but you will find lots of extra pots and plants in the showroom. Feel free to contact us, as we may already have what you are looking for.
Are all items in stock?
While we aim to keep as many pots and planters on hand, and offer a great range in variety, unfortunately its not possible to have everything available all the time - there is a chance we may need to order an item in for you. Feel free to contact us so we can advise on availability or suggest other options.
Do you offer Trade discounts?
For large commercial inquires, please email noosapottedstyle@gmail.com with your specific requirements so we can advise on availability/timeframe and our best pricing for bulk or repeat orders.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we happily offer exchanges or a store credit on non plant items that are returned in the exact same condition ( free from any marks or scratches) as when they left the store within 7 days. We do not offer refunds on change of mind, discounted, or special order items.
Is the finish consistent across the range?
The finish on our Ancient, Rustic and Antique Terracotta ranges are all unique, the pictures on our website display an example of how some of the finishes appear, but please note there can be slight variations from pot to pot in texture, size, shape and colour.
- These are considered normal variations with an organic, hand finished product and we consider these slight imperfections to add character and charm, increasing their appeal.
